ZAŠTO NAM JE POTREBAN SAVJET ZA EKOLOŠKU GRADNJU?
- Budućnost razvoja tržišta nekretnina i njegovo održavanje leži u usvajanju održivih i ekološki prihvatljivih principa i prakse koji su sve više traženi i od klijenata i od finansijera. EU propisi zahtijevaju takve vrste prakse.
- Da bi se stvorio forum za saradnju o održivom razvoju izmedu svih dijelova sektora gradnje, srodnih profesija i vlade u Crnoj Gori.
- Da bi se obezbijedio metod podsticanja “najbolje prakse “ standarda u industriji, kroz prenošenje znanja i obuku.
- Savjet za ekološku gradnju Crne Gore registrovan je 20. decembra 2010. godine i sada radi na promociji koncepta namijenjenoj potencijalnim članovima.
Green building is a concept that focuses not only on the design and construction of a building, but also how it will operate after completion (i.e., energy efficiency) and also its location.
Success in this field over the next half century will depend on how we tackle interrelated challenges like population growth, aging infrastructure, traffic congestion, energy costs, environmental restoration and protection, the need for more affordable housing and sustainable development, and education, economic and health disparities.
The science behind green building just makes sense. Careful planning and detailing at the start of a project will enrich and make the project much simpler. Builders spend just months building a home, but if it is done correctly, the final product should last for generations to come
Rating systems (like LEED, BREEAM, DGNB and other) allow us to differentiate/segregate our knowledge and take a holistic approach to issues associated with sustainability, by far, one of the fastest developing scientific disciplines.
At best, we can describe the role of the rating system as a current ‘tool’ for a comprehensive measurement for a demanding building industry.
As Rafal Schurma,MArch, MS, Principal Architect Harvard University, says in one of his lectures: ” Our built environment has a substantial impact on energy and material resources as well as being a critical determinant of health, comfort, and productivity for occupants. The key element is the balancing and weighting of particular Issues to bring attention to the most important ones (globally and locally), and as fast as it is possible reflect updated level of worldwide knowledge within this interdisciplinary science.”

Energy performance of buildings is key to achieve the EU Climate & Energy objectives, namely the reduction of a 20% of the Greenhouse gases emissions by 2020 and a 20% energy savings by 2020. Improving the energy performance of buildings is a cost-effective way of fighting against climate change and improving energy security, while also creating job opportunities, particularly in the building sector.
